Taur Beleg is the origin of the Wood Elves. It was here they dwelled first, long before the humans came to built their cities and cut down the pride of these elves. Therefore most of the Taur Beleg Wood Elves dislike walking in human societies. Themselves they live in small communities, clans or kingdoms. Even though they are all under the same set of rules and laws: the laws of Pan. They are great craftsmen, and do make the most extraordinary bows one can get. They are also talented users of their bows, and do not hesitate to kill a non-elf walking in their forests if there is just the slightest reason. Also they are great stalkers and hunters. That is also some of the many reasons why nearly every longer trading route in Taur Beleg runs by water.
Professions: Hunters, trackers and other forms of rangers are the most common, but in the forests great wizards and sorceresses are also found. Those elves break their Estel and walk in human societies are often hired as trackers or assassins and other professional undeworld jobs.
