"And it was in the The Third Age Of Chaos man came to Calendor, the green realm. Warlords of three different tribes from distant lands came and conquered the green plains and clear lakes. The first one to walk the young earth was the Tylnaith from the Great Sea. And it was on Gondethir; The River Rock that they came to meet us sailing up the River Calen."

BRIEF INFO ON KING'S LAND
Terrain: Besides the great shoreline to The Great Sea, which enriches King's Land with trade, the capital of Gondethir earns all river-to-sea taxes out of Calendôr. Growing crops in the name of Taal and mining the deep rocks of the Southern Mountains still keeps going untouched by the horde.
Government: The seat of The King and The High Council. From here Calendôr is ruled. In the silent halls most of the time travelling diplomats and spies scheme to empower their local noble lords. This complex political structure slows down all decisions and plans, as most nobles want the throne for themselves.
Relations: Together with Western Shore, King's Land is the Calendôrian window to the rest of the world. Calendôrian Crusaders and Merchants gather here as war wages in the east. The internal relations often suffer from this, as King's Landers is seen by eyes of other Calendôrians as the most snobbish folk, only the Western Shorians' reputation is worse.

GONDETHIR
The Capital of Calendôr

"Silence rules the halls and the apparantly endless corridors. They are kold without smell naked. Terrorfying appearance of physical power of awe. A giantic hall. The massive pillars which hold the vaulted ceiling are built on the ruins of the ancient Elven palace which stood there thousands of years ago. Also the king's throne is made of the old Elven rock."
